Main Features:
l The advanced vision system is used to detect the shape of the product and the position of the character relative to the product shape.
l The error criterion of external dimension and relative position of unqualified products can be set on the touch screen.
l Eliminate unqualified products with pneumatic elimination system.
l Collect the number of products with the aggregate belt and align them automatically.
l The guide rod cylinder pushes the aligned products to the designated position to be drawn.

l X /Z axis guide servo motor ensures the accurate suction position and accurate discharging position.
l The machine equipped with the sponge sucker and large flow fan can absorb the products easily. This process will not let the products fall off.
